Chevin Consultants

Chevin was formed in 1997 as a ‘Management, Strategy and Educational’ consultancy, focusing on the background of the founder, David Harris, who had experience in strategic planning, business development and professional education.
From its origins as an owner-managed business, Chevin grew significantly and now manages a network of associate consultants from a variety of backgrounds ranging from law and corporate governance to architecture and landscape design.

Chevin’s single greatest strength is its ability to act as the core of a ‘virtual project team’: Choosing deliberately to avoid the constraints and bureaucracy of conventional business structures, Chevin builds and manages multi-disciplinary project teams that combine the skills of its many associates. These associates come from a wide range of backgrounds, but most are self-employed or work for other small consultancy firms.

Thus Chevin can offer service packages that draw on skills outside its own portfolio, while also providing the consistent professional service level and project management that clients have come to appreciate and respect.
The values that drive Chevin are professionalism, creativity and a spirit of adventure. The aims of every Chevin project are to add value and to delight the client.
