Paul GillotPrior to starting his own consultancy, 2 years ago, Paul worked for 8 years at a major global accountancy body being responsible for their UK Employer Relationship team as well as personally managing the largest employer of their members, the UK Public Sector.

Paul’s main career has been 30 years in IT in the UK and Canada, primarily with a major US product and service provider. His roles included: programming; systems analysis; service, sales and business management. His last two positions with them were as Director of Educational Services and finally Director of a major multi-million line of business.

On leaving the IT sector, Paul joined a leading UK company as Sales Director for their health care business and subsequently worked with a small venture capital organisation supporting start-up businesses in the USA. He is a Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional.
